ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Maintain positive body language (smile, make eye contact, and stand with good posture.)
  • Ensure station is fully stocked with appropriate lids, coffee sleeves, and condiments
  • Prepare and get ready Pots of hot teas/boiling waters and cold waters before end of each service
  • Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the Coffee and Tea area
