Wan Leng Ho – Secrets to Success @ Work
Wan Leng is the Chief Executive Officer of Optimal Consulting Group Pte Ltd for Asia since 2002. Started her career in 1985 upon graduation from Universiti Malaya, Kuala Lumpur. Wan Leng has more than three decades of educational, consultancy and corporate HR experience. She did her education in Kuala Lumpur and London; B.A (Hons) and Postgrad. Dip-Ed (Universiti Malaya), MA in HRM with Distinction (UK), Fellow Chartered CIPD (UK) and Postgrad. Cert. in Servant Leadership (Cornell U). Wan Leng grounded her HR consulting experience with extensive business as well as operational responsibilities for Deloitte and Mercer Consulting. Thereafter, widened her scope with key regional and global roles in leading corporations – first as an Asia Pacific Director for DELL covering 10 countries and then as a Global Vice President for NOL Group / American President Lines covering 50+ countries.
Chris Ong – Navigating Through Uncertainties During Covid-19
Chris has a Corporate Strategy Consulting background and worked as principal consultant at PwC. He holds an MBA from Melbourne Business School and a Masters degree in Theology from Trinity Evangelical Divinity School (Chicago, USA). Chris has served as a pastor at Full Gospel Assembly Melbourne (FGAM) from Kids Ministry all the way through to adult home groups and is now the senior pastor of FGAM. Chris has extensive experience in change strategy both in the corporate world and the church scene.
