This year marks the 3rd Annual Technicolour Multicultural Festival presented by the Multicultural Community Centre (MCC) at DiverCiti Centre, 23 Foster St, Newmarket on Saturday 5th December 2015 11:30am-5:30pm. MCC is a non-for-profit organisation that has been serving and supporting the Culturally And Linguistically Diverse (CALD) communities in Brisbane through a diverse range of programs held at the DiverCiti Centre.
This Christmas you’re in for a treat at the festival with Christmas carolling, live cultural performances by Toko-Ton Japanese drummers, Ethiopian Bahil Dancers, Staccato: a 4-piece stringed quartet, Burmese singing group and many more! There’s lots of fun games and activities for children of all ages at the KIDS ZONE with a petting zoo, jumping castle & game alley. Best of all, it’s FREE ENTRY! If that’s not enough, there’s also a line-up of international food stalls including Malaysian Satay, Taiwanese pop corn chicken, etc.
