Important: Every person who wants to serve at ICC (including all leaders and volunteers) MUST read & sign the ACC Safer Churches/ICC Volunteer Code Of Conduct form & those volunteering in ministries where children 17 years old and younger are also serving / participating in MUST have a valid Blue card – click here to download the Blue card application (or renewal) form.

Blue card renewal or application process:
1. Please complete registration at: https://my.bluecard.qld.gov.au/login
2. Thereafter, send the account number and date of birth to info@iccbrisbane.org
– State which ministry you are currently serving in.

Hospitality Request Form:
If you need the Hospitality team to cater for your event, you need to fill in the Hospitality Service Request form. Please submit all hospitality services requests 2 months in advanced.
